With the Realty World LifeTime Incomesm Program, you can share in the office revenues generated through the joint efforts of your own hard work - and that of other Agents you attract and mentor. Indeed, once you attract an outside Agent (“Direct Recruitee”) to join your Realty World office, you become a Team Captain. Team Captains mentor and coach their Direct Recruitees to help them succeed. Team Captains are immediately eligible to enjoy a portion of the Broker’s revenues once your Direct Recruitees generate closed sales. Team Captains are also compensated for revenue generated from other Realty World Agents that are recruited, coached and mentored by their Direct Recruitees (Indirect Recruitees) to your Realty World office – up to four generations worth!

Broken down, here’s how it works:

Primary Income = Commissions you generate when you work directly with a buyer or seller.

Level 2, 3, 4, and 5 Income = Your share of earnings based on sales generated by the next four generations of Agents your Direct and Indirect recruitees attract, consult and mentor.

Some Important Details

     The LifeTime Incomesm Program is designed to compensate participating licensed real estate salespersons for their efforts in recruiting, coaching and mentoring other licensed real estate salespersons (“agents”) to a participating Realty World® office. There is no fee or monetary investment involved to participate in the program as a Realty World® agent. Participating Realty World® agents receive a portion of the broker’s revenue on a per closed transaction basis from those agents that are recruited to a participating Realty World® office and mentored under the LifeTime Incomesm Program. Participating agents may be both “team members” and “team captains” under the LifeTime Incomesm Program. Under the LifeTime Incomesm Program, all Team Captains (participating Sales Agents) must be involved in sales under their Realty World® office. Results may vary from agent to agent. The words "LifeTime Income" mean income which may be earned during the term of an independent contractor agreement with a Realty World® Broker while holding an active real estate license and being associated with a Realty World® office.
