Mr. Nadim Mustafa, Broker of REALTY WORLD - Lone Star in Whittier and Montebello, CA is this month’s member spotlight. Nadim has a total of 65 agents in his 2 offices. He has been with the REALTY WORLD System for 2 years. He is a master recruiter and is diligent about working his recruiting system. Nadim uses scripts and believes that image and persistence are keys to his success. “You recruit the image you portray”, said Nadim. There is no casual Friday dress in his offices. Nadim keeps a large display board in the lobby of his office with some of the REALTY WORLD brochures and tools.

A large part of Nadim’s success in growing his company to 65 agents has been the REALTY WORLD Lifetime Income Program. He has agents who are Team Captains and have brought their peers to the Company. Nadim sees this as an opportunity for both the Company and the agents. He has his current agents write testimonials about being a part of the team at REALTY WORLD - Lone Star and sends these to prospective agents. The upbeat atmosphere in the office makes it an attractive place for agents and therefore makes recruiting easier. “Recruiting is like riding a bicycle, you keep pedaling or you fall off” said Nadim.
