As part of a long term strategy coaching can be very effective. A misconception is that by retaining a coach they will provide you with the magic bullet needed to create a turnaround in your business. Another misconception is that if you work the coaches “system”, you will find success sooner rather than later.

The reality is that once you find a coach that you have faith and confidence in, it will likely take months to begin to see concrete results. However, the old saying applies here…“A long journey begins with one step”. I would personally encourage each of you that are serious about your real estate business to make yourself accountable to someone you trust. If you choose to hire a professional coaching service or simply use a friend, relative, or mentor who will “hold your feet to the fire” at no charge, is a personal choice.
