WHAT DO I DO? What if I want to change my office location? The franchise agreement you signed is between you and Realty World, Inc. However, as part of that agreement, you as the broker/owner are responsible for your agent’s correct use of the Realty World logos and domain names. When you first sign your Franchise Agreement, your office location has already been approved. You are authorized to operate your business ONLY at that approved location. Any office relocation requires prior corporate approval. If you are considering relocating your office, contact us in writing as soon as possible. Do not commit to a new location without receiving written approval from Realty World, Inc. This is for your protection as well as ours: “Broker shall not relocate without prior written consent of Realty World, Inc.” Corporate approval is based upon various site selection criteria. However your selection of a site is based on your own independent investigation of the suitability of the site for your business. The minimum size of your office is specified in your Agreement.
