Do I have to use approved vendors?

Our approved vendors have all of the REALTY WORLD logo and signage requirements and experience to better serve our franchisees. Our new franchise agreements require that you use approved signage and stationery vendors for the first three years. This simplifies your ordering and purchase of signage and ensures that your signs will be compliant.

If for some reason, you prefer to use another vendor, contact corporate prior to use. Corporate may investigate and review the proposed vendor for possible corporate approval as a new approved vendor.

Remember that all signs must have prior approval by corporate. Any unapproved signs that are not compliant must be removed at your expense.

The REALTY WORLD Academy is pleased to announce an approved vendor relationship with Dirk Zeller, of The Real Estate Champions for the Performance Accountability Coaching course. This 6 month class is designed for the new licensee or the agent who needs to re-focus on the activities necessary for success in sales. Each agent works directly with a coach from the staff of Real Estate Champions, and is expected to be closing 3 transactions per month at the end of the class. Designed as a comprehensive tool for the consumer, the site addresses every facet of relocation, including a request for a moving quote, and a salary comparison calculator. REALTY WORLD Brokers and Agents have a preferred rate of $40 per year. To sign up the first time, please log on to the site and click on JOIN OUR NETWORK. As you follow the steps by entering your contact information and the markets you serve, the last frame will ask for payment. At the bottom of the screen is a field that says, “Promotion code”. Please enter 6690 in order to receive the preferred rate of $40 per year.
